2026年,《国家名厨》第八卷人物入典申报工作正式开启。本卷将延续“名厨传记与拿手菜点相结合”的特色,集菜谱与画册于一体,兼具实用性、审美价值与收藏传承意义。我们希望通过这样的编纂,为烹饪工作者构建一个高层次的交流平台,助力名厨实现个人品牌提升,将名厨风采镌刻进国厨典籍,铭记厨道荣光,传播厨艺文化。
本书的编纂与出版,旨在进一步弘扬名厨文化、深化餐饮文化内涵,为厨师树立职业境界,为名厨立传扬名,为行业传递精神,激励广大餐饮人共同书写中华民族伟大复兴的餐饮文化新篇章,共绘中国烹饪事业的美好未来。

为积极响应“中餐出海”国家战略,推动中华餐饮文化走向世界,《国家名厨》第八卷·国际版人物面向海外启动征集。本项目旨在全球范围内遴选、表彰在海外发扬中西餐技艺、传播中西餐饮食文化方面做出卓越贡献的华人餐饮人。通过树立国际榜样,我们将构建一个连接全球中餐力量的权威平台,以美食为纽带,将海外名厨风采镌刻进国厨典籍,铭记厨道荣光,更好地激发海外华人共同书写中华民族伟大复兴的餐饮文化新篇章,提升中华文化的全球影响力。
Since its publication in 2012, "National Famous Chefs" has included representative figures from various schools of Chinese cuisine, who continuously promote the diversified development of local and even national catering industry with superb skills and craftsmanship spirit. It is the perseverance and innovation of these famous chefs that make Chinese cuisine spread throughout the world. In order to actively respond to the national strategy of "Chinese cuisine going global" and promote Chinese catering culture to the world, the International Edition of Volume 8 of "National Famous Chefs" has launched a recruitment campaign for overseas celebrities. The aim of this project is to select and recognize Chinese foodservice professionals who have made outstanding contributions in promoting Chinese and Western cuisine skills and spreading Chinese and Western cuisine culture overseas. By setting an international example, we will build an authoritative platform connecting the global power of Chinese cuisine, using food as a link, engraving the style of overseas famous chefs into Chinese culinary classics, remembering the glory of culinary arts, and better inspiring overseas Chinese to jointly write a new chapter in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's culinary culture, enhancing the global influence of Chinese culture.
